GREG BARDELL
Regional Director, Mid Atlantic Region
Having the vision to see what is possible and the courage to make it a reality stems from an attitude of hard work and dedication to improve the lives of every person you connect with. With Certificates in Corporate Entrepreneurship and Project Management from Lehigh University, Greg Bardell was Realty ONE Group’s first Regional Director in 2014, taking control of the growth and development of the Mid Atlantic Region of the United States.
Today that region continues to grow and is home to over 1,100 Realty ONE Group agents with closed sales of over $2 Billion.
That vision and courage is now allowing Greg and his team to paint the Mid Atlantic Black and Gold! Our team is dedicated to helping you bring a unique value proposition to your market that will help change the lives of you and your clients.
SETH PFAUTZ
General Manager, Mid Atlantic Region
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Penn State University, Seth specializes in collaborating and developing relationships to achieve common goals and desired outcomes with all Mid Atlantic franchise owners.
As the General Manager for Mid Atlantic Region of Realty ONE Group, Seth is responsible for developing and supporting franchise owners for the most dynamic brand in real estate with the most talented professionals in the business!
SPENCER FIEL
Franchise Sales and Joint Venture Development
After a decade working across the customer service and management fields, Spencer moved into the real estate industry in 2021 to begin working closely with Realty ONE Group franchisees across multiple divisions. After learning and developing an understanding of real estate operations and franchisee relationships, as well as obtaining a Certificate in Business Administration Management from the University of Maryland, Spencer undertook the franchise sales role for Realty ONE Group Mid-Atlantic and responsibility for maintaining joint venture relationships within One Abstract, a Pennsylvania settlement agency.
His passion lies in building long lasting relationships with franchisees and helping them to fulfill their dreams of business ownership.
Emily bardell
Director of Operations
With Bachelor’s Degrees in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management as well as Business Marketing Management, Emily launches and executes all strategic initiatives for the team. Her responsibilities include managing all daily operations, franchise onboarding, and ensuring effective performance for the Mid Atlantic Region. Emily oversees all branding & marketing for the team, giving franchise owners and agents the tools to become the industry’s only lifestyle brand!
GRace FIEL
Director of Finance
Holding Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration & Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh, Grace has worked in the banking, mortgage, and sales industry, before deciding to enter the real estate industry. She provides general oversight of operational and accounting functions within the company to ensure efficiency and create efficiencies when needed. Grace also helps franchise owners develop accounting & operational processes, procedures and efficiencies within their own offices.
