CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Greg Bardell is the Chief Executive Officer for the Bardell companies, which includes Realty One Group Mid-Atlantic and Caribbean, Realty One Group Unlimited and One Abstract. Greg’s 30+ years of experience in real estate sales led to a career in brokerage ownership and franchise development for Realty One Group. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Millersville University, a master’s degree in business administration and certificates in Project Management and Corporate Entrepreneurship from Lehigh University, Greg enjoys helping real estate agents and broker owners develop their businesses and find success in their markets. His greatest joy in his career is working with his children and other family members, working alongside them daily as they have grown their businesses together.

DIRECTOR OF PERFORMANCE

Seth Pfatuz is the Director of Performance for the Bardell companies, which includes Realty One Group Mid-Atlantic and Caribbean, Realty One Group Unlimited and One Abstract. Seth is responsible for collaborating with company leadership to define the specific organizational performance metrics, scorecards and KPI’s that qualify success based on the company’s long-term growth objectives. His efforts are also focused on consultative business development for the network of Realty One Group franchisees within the Mid-Atlantic and Caribbean regions to assist them in reaching their own organizational objectives. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in business with management and marketing concentrations from Penn State University. He is a lifelong Lancaster County resident living in Ephrata with his wife Dana and their children Ella, Mia and Chase as well as their goldendoodle Josie.

DIRECTOR OF GROWTH

Spencer Fiel is the Director of Growth for the Bardell companies, which includes Realty One Group Mid-Atlantic and Caribbean, Realty One Group Unlimited and One Abstract. He holds a Management and Marketing degree from the University of Maryland. Known for his strong background in Customer service, he enjoys finding new ways to bring brand awareness to the public, finding new ways to generate revenue, and selling Realty ONE Group franchises across the Mid-Atlantic Region and Eastern Caribbean. Spencer works remotely from Charleston, South Carolina with his wife and their Golden Retriever Bunker.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & COMPLIANCE

Grace Fiel is the Director of Finance & Compliance for the Bardell companies, which includes Realty One Group Mid-Atlantic and Caribbean, Realty One Group Unlimited and One Abstract. where she supports multiple profit centers across accounting, compliance, HR, and operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Pittsburgh along with a certificate in Leadership & Ethics and believes strongly in leading—and doing business—with integrity. Known for her analytical, process-centric approach, Grace enjoys uncovering gaps, improving efficiencies, and helping teams make informed, data-driven decisions. Her career has focused on supporting growing real estate and franchise businesses by building scalable financial and operational foundations. She works remotely from South Carolina with her husband and their golden retriever, Bunker, while supporting family businesses across the Mid-Atlantic.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Emily Bardell is the Director of Operations for the Bardell companies, which includes Realty One Group Mid-Atlantic and Caribbean, Realty One Group Unlimited and One Abstract. She leads operational strategy, team development, and process improvement across the organization. She is a University of Pittsburgh graduate with a strong background in managing teams and building efficiencies within one of the fastest-growing real estate brands in the country. At her core, Emily enjoys working with people—helping individuals grow, refine their skills, and take the next step in their careers or businesses.
